1. Order Cancellation

Before Order Dispatch

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Order Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may refer to our return process, if applicable.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

Subject to availability, eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • Size replacement
  • Product replacement in case of defects or damage

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Our support team will review the request and provide further assistance.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved by #SixZeroes Outfit.

8. Refund Rejection

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The returned product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing.
  • The return request is made outside the eligible return period.
